Digital products, no refunds
a. All Guides are delivered in digital format via an online link.
b. All sales of digital products are final.
c. We do not provide refunds once the order is confirmed and the product link is issued.
When we will help
a. Although refunds are not available, we will assist with delivery or technical issues. Contact us if:
i. you did not receive the access link after purchase, or
ii. you cannot access or download the content due to a technical problem.
b. If a technical issue prevents access, we will make reasonable attempts to restore access or provide an alternative link.
Payment processing and disputes
a. Payments are processed by trusted third-party gateways such as Razorpay and Cashfree.
b. We do not store full card details.
c. If you raise a dispute or chargeback with your bank or payment provider, we may ask for proof of the issue and the steps taken to resolve it with us first.
d. Repeated or abusive chargebacks may result in account restrictions.
Exceptions and special cases
a. In rare cases, and only at our sole discretion, we may issue a refund or credit if there is a clear technical failure on our side that we cannot reasonably fix.
b. Any such refund is subject to verification and approval.
c. Any partial refunds, credits, or goodwill gestures will be recorded and considered final.

ii. order ID,
iii. date of purchase, and
iv. a clear description of the problem.
b. Attach screenshots or error messages if available.
c. We will acknowledge your request within 3 business days and aim to resolve the issue quickly.
No refunds for change of mind
a. Refunds will not be given for:
i. change of mind,
ii. buyer remorse,
iii. misunderstanding of content, or
iv. a decision not to use the Guide after purchase.
Legal and consumer rights
a. Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
b. If local law requires a refund in specific cases, we will comply with those obligations.
