a. The Platform and all Guides are created and operated by Dr. Sabiha.
b. References to “we”, “us”, or “our” mean the creator operating the Platform.
What we collect
a. Personal information: We may collect name, email address, phone number (if provided), and profile picture; plus payment details needed to process purchases (note: we do not store full card numbers, payment is handled by third-party processors).
b. Sensitive personal information: We avoid collecting sensitive data. If you voluntarily provide sensitive data (for example health-related info), we will treat it carefully and only process it as allowed by law.
c. Non-personal information: We may collect browser type, device, operating system, pages visited, referral source, language, and timestamps.

b. Your profile and access remain active for 6 months from the date of purchase (unless otherwise specified).
c. After that, access may be disabled and data retained or deleted as required by law.
d. If you request deletion, we will erase data as required by law, except where retention is required for legal or business reasons.
e. Public content you posted (for example comments) may remain in anonymized form.
